II. Objectives: Upon completing the course, students will be able to:

- equip with upper-intermediate knowledge on vocabulary and English grammatical structures and develop the ability to communicate through active listening and speaking activities in class with some common topics organizing in chronology, process, classification, comparison and contrast, cause and effect.

Skill:- equip with upper-intermediate knowledge on vocabulary and English grammatical structures and develop the ability to communicate through active listening and speaking activities in class with some common topics organizing in chronology, process, classification, comparison and contrast, cause and effect.
- instruct how to listen, gather information (main ideas and supporting ideas) effectively through related topics.
- use some basic symbols and abbreviations in taking notes.
