I. Overview of the Course:
- Subject: Reading 1
- Credit: 3
- Period: 45 (3 periods / week)
II. Objectives: Upon completion the course, students will be able to:
1. Knowledge: 
- equip with basic knowledge of vocabulary and English grammatical structures and develop the ability to communicate through active reading activities in class with some common topics in daily life.
2. Skill:
- instruct how to improve reading comprehension skills through 4 strategies: skimming, scanning, analyzing positive and negative details, and expanding vocabulary.
3. Attitude:
- build their consciousness of self-studying and doing scientific research.

1. Create a word web about Quizlet by filling history, study games, benefits and difficulties of using Quizlet to create vocabulary sets and learn vocabulary from Active Skills for Reading 1.

2. Instructions 
  • Go to site Mind Map Free: link
  • Click on Mind Map and choose Open
  • Open file Quizlet
  • Fill out history, study games, benefits and difficulties of using Quizlet
  • Click on Mind Map and choose Export As Image
  • Right click on image and save as your image named "Swag Team - Word Web: Quizlet" to the computer
